- Assist Financial Advisor(s) with sales, service, and operational activities
- Facilitate client requests and appointments
- Establish and service client accounts, conduct research, and administrative functions
- Act as a liaison for all referral sources
- 2+ years of Brokerage and Client Services experience
- Completed Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and 63 examinations
- Brokerage client support and administrative experience in financial services
- Customer interaction experience and Microsoft Office skills
- Client service focus and ability to prioritize work
- Maintain appropriate FINRA license(s) and compliance with state law registration
- Meet enhanced financial and criminal background standards
- Ongoing regulatory requirements and FINRA qualification exams
