Service Advisor
Hiring immediately - looking for an experienced Full-time Heavy-duty Diesel Service Advisor.
Company Profile
Truck & Trailer Repair Shop in Cheyenne, WY. They are an all-encompassing diesel & auto repair shop that works on light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicle's. They are a one-stop repair shop for professional mechanic service.

Service Advisor Details:
Direct Hire position
$20.00 to $30.00 /hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
Greet Customers
Make sure all sign-in sheets are signed by customer
Answer phone
Maintain service order jackets and organize in specific folders
Maintain customer communication via tech/manager notes on Trello and Fullbay messages
Ensure all invoice total amounts due have been paid in full before customer takes truck
Ensure all invoices are signed after payment
Ensure only staff is in the shop area or back area
Organize and label received parts, then put on the tech shelf
Receive parts in software within 60 minutes of arrival
Put parts on tech shelf
Maintain and return cores or new part returns once a week

Service Advisor Qualifications:
Prefer industry experienced
High school diploma or GED certificate
Strong communication and customer service skills
Computer proficiency
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
