    Description
    The Director Of Operations will manage all hands-on operational aspects of the company.

    They will assist the CEO/President in the successful growth of the Company and provide the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure the Company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

    Oversee warehouse operations, fulfillment center, and inventory control management.

    Supporting the Company to achieve sales, profitability, cash flow, and business goals and objectives

    Spearheading the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes


    Collaborating with Management to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the organization's rapid growth objectives.

    Motivating and lending support to a high-performance Executive team;

    Performing other duties as assigned

    Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.

    Providing day-to-day leadership and management reflecting the core values of the Company.

    Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.)

    Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

    Manage relationships with partners/vendors.

    Requirements

    Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development

    Highly Proficient in data analysis and performance/operation metrics

    Highly Proficient knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc.

    Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

    Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills

    Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving

    BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus

    Highly Proficient NetSuite user experience required

    Six Sigma Certification a Plus

    Salary Range $175-$200
