Position Overview

The Director of Operations at Red Oak Enterprises plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and nurturing team development while meeting performance metrics.

Integral to this role is financial management, including budget adherence, cost control, and resource optimization, all aimed at enhancing the company's fiscal health and driving further expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Manage recruitment, training, and termination processes for staff.
• Collaborate with the HR department to ensure staff compliance with policies.
• Handle daily operations and escalate critical issues as necessary.
• Work closely with the CEO on strategic business decisions.
• Conduct staff evaluations and develop performance enhancement plans.
• Formulate operational strategies and business development plans.
• Establish and monitor performance objectives in collaboration with the executive team.
• Identify and cultivate emerging leadership talent within the company.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of operational management and leadership experience.
• A plus is 2+ years in apartment/real estate leasing.

Pay:
$100, $150,000.00 per year
