- Ensure data integrity and processing accuracy in the organization's network database.
- Adhere to master data governance policies and procedures.
- Review and validate incoming requests for completeness and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain data quality control procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in managing risk factors and support audit activities.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing data accuracy, efficiency, and standardization.
- Manage vendor data cleansing initiatives and support vendor management tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement process improvements and monitor key performance indicators.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
- 5 to 10 years of related experience in SAP Vendor and/or Customer Master Data Maintenance.
- Proficiency in ERP (SAP) vendor/customer master data systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Punctuality, flexibility, and a sense of urgency.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies.
- SAP Master Data Governance or MDM certification is a plus.

As the Master Data Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our SAP vendor and customer master data.
Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Advisor, you'll ensure compliance with company policies and practices while interfacing with various levels of management.
