    Description

    HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Veeva Global Program Director to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.

    Job Title: Veeva - Global Program Director

    Position Type: Full Time

    Qualifications & Experience

    Minimum Requirements

    • Build a Veeva Global Program Director structure including all business functions e.g., Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Safety, Medical and Commercial
    • Drive portfolio of offerings, propositions and solutions for the customers
    • Build / grow with strategy and execution for customer envisioned Veeva COE
    • Work closely with HCLTech's strategic leadership to collaborate, bring outside-in view and co-innovate to bring value for the customer.
    • Drive relationship with customer's vendors on and around Veeva to drive business outcomes.

    Desired Qualifications

    • Advanced degree in healthcare, science, or engineering field
    • Experience in life sciences delivery, other areas of life sciences value chain and exposure to pharma; Healthcare interface is highly desired.
    • 8 years of proven delivery experience in multiple functional areas being served by Veeva e.g., Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Safety, Medical and Commercial
    • 6 years of minimum experience in Veeva Vault technical suite, specifically with Veeva Vault configuration, SDKs, Veeva integrations, large data migrations etc.
    • Certification on Veeva Vault Administration is a must; Certification on at least 2 functional Veeva areas is preferred, e.g., Veeva CTMS, QMS etc.
    • Proven knowledge of GxP ecosystem and needs in terms of regulations, documentation needs, protocol requirements etc.
    • like IoT, Gen AI, AI-ML2, Data Analytics, Robotics, Blockchain, AR/VR, Veeva, IQVIA, Salesforce etc.
    • Be able to manage CXO interactions; should have been part of business development cycles; have superior articulation, presentation skills.
    • Demonstrate analytical expertise, problem solving skills and experience of having worked in complex, matrix organizations.
    • Be able to develop accelerators and plugs in or bolt on solutions to Veeva to enhance market value.

    Pay Salary: 180k to 210k.

    In addition, this position qualifies for benefits like health insurance, paid time off (PTO), 401(K). Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and/or to comply with federal or state law.
