Job DescriptionHelp us proactively prospect long-term, profitable relationships and manage sales objectives at the territory level. The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for achieving the revenue and net profit objectives as agreed upon with management.
Understand and implement the Colorbiotics Selling System, focusing on identifying and satisfying customer needs.
Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs are met by specific products and services.
Conduct Customer Needs Assessments and provide technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
Maintain customer records, using automated systems and Sales Force.
Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
Understand and implement marketing plan initiatives...driving key asphalt products, services and technologies toward key target markets.
Maintain and grow the customer base. Develop new and profitable accounts utilizing all asphalt products
Handle and resolve customer equipment needs in a timely manner to ensure highest possible customer satisfaction.
Provide equipment related operational reviews, minor service and repair, and handle parts inquiries in conjunction with the technical services team
Calibrate and compare competitive products and provide recommendations on efficiency.
Attend Trade Shows to promote Colorbiotics products.
Interact with internal key departments and external customers.
