Primary Purpose & Function:
Deliver prompt, reliable service to our customers while embodying our Mission, Vision, and ValuesFacilitates payment of invoices due by contacting clients and subcontractors by phone or email to request final paymentReceives and processes payments by credit card or check directly from the customers or customer via the subcontractor or Service TechnicianCompletes 5 days and 1 day call out reminders of service while setting the expectation of the service for the customerAnswers questions and handles complaints from customers regarding final payment or service issue after 2 weeks of the original installInforms Project Manager/Service Technician of any customer complaints regarding services provided for resolutionKeeps record of all conversations in the client racking system in a comprehensible wayAnswers calls in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfactionPerforms administrative support to the department as neededProtects customer information and the organization's value by keeping information confidentialPerform other related duties as assignedDesired Skills/Experience:Attention to detail and ability to multi-taskHigh school diploma or equivalent.6 to 12 months related experience in a customer service roleAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion and must be able to keep sensitive information completely confidentialAbility to effectively communicate with customers and vendors by phone and emailExcellent data entry skillsMust possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to develop a rapport with customers over the phone quicklyAbility to learn and use new software quicklyExcellent customer service skillsBasic math ability; add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measurement.
