    Description
    Our client is looking for an Investment Banking Analyst to join their team in Alpharetta, Georgia. The individual will focus on provide research support to the client - a global investment bank. The analyst will work as an extension of the client's team. The professional main responsibilities will be structuring work products based on pitch / deal requirement in consultation with bankers.


    Responsibilities:


    • Performing comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, industry research,
    company / M&A screening, and newsletter preparation.


    • Preparing pitch books, CIMs, industry overview, detailed company profiles, management
    biographies, brokers' outlook, share price performance, evolution of industry / peers valuation
    multiples, and buyer/seller screening.


    • Basic knowledge of financial statement analysis, valuation, and modelling skills.
    • Supporting senior members in delivering the assigned projects.
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently on standard projects and deliver error free work to
    the Bankers.


    • Assist in creating and maintaining / updating databases on a timely basis

    Requirements:


    • We are seeking entry level candidates or candidates with 0-3 years of experience
    • MBA(Finance), CPA, Master of Accounting or Bachelor with major in Finance and Accounting.
    • Accounting and financial knowledge, with advanced knowledge of MS Office
