The IBD Analytics Analyst will provide research support to our client - a global investment bank.

The analyst will work as an extension of the client's team and will be responsible for structuring work products based on pitch/deal requirements in consultation with bankers.

Responsibilities:
Performing comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, industry research, company / M&A screening, and newsletter preparation
Preparing pitch books, CIMs, industry overview, detailed company profiles, management biographies, brokers' outlook, share price performance, evolution of industry/peers valuation multiples, and buyer/seller screening
Basic knowledge of financial statement analysis, valuation, and modeling skills
Supporting senior members in delivering the assigned projects
Ability to work independently and efficiently on standard projects and deliver error free work to the Bankers
Assist in creating and maintaining / updating databases on a timely basis

Requirements:
MBA(Finance), CPA, Master of Accounting or Bachelor with major in Finance and Accounting
Accounting and financial knowledge, with advanced knowledge of MS Office
Multitasking, teamwork, and time management skills
Able to work under pressure and thrive in a deadline driven environment
Lateral thinker, decisive and self-confident
Excellent communication skills and good presentation skills
