BREAK THROUGH AND BECOME AN INVESTMENT BANKING ANALYST
PROFESSIONAL TRAINING, INTERNSHIP & MENTORSHIP PROGRAM SPECIFICALLY CREATED FOR STUDENTS

15X , a financial modeling advisory firm for investment banks, is accepting applications for the 2024 Summer Investment Banking Analyst Incubator Program from students and recent graduates interested in breaking through into front office investment banking, private equity, and corporate development jobs.

The Summer Investment Banking Incubator programs consists of 6 weeks of extensive, full time training and 4 week internship.

The training consists of 4 weeks of financial modeling and company valuation training and 2 weeks of pitching and deal making in the context of investment banking transactions.

Candidates that successfully pass the training will be placed into one of our partner firms for internships.
15X is a boutique M&A advisory, established in 2016 by a financial modeling specialist.

With its roots spanning Europe and USA, the firm today manages cross border relationships and pursues mandates across variety of investment banking platforms and regions.

15X INVESTMENT BANKING ANALYST INCUBATOR PROGRAM
15X is a proud Founder and Patron of the Investment Banking Analyst Incubator Program (the Incubator for short).

The Incubator is the first of its kind training and internship platform that aims to make investment banking careers accessible to any student from any background that has a sincere desire to work in front office investment banking.

The program is designed to develop basic proficiency in analyzing companies, building financial and valuation models and creating investment banking style presentations.

In addition, ongoing career counseling and mentorship is provided.
The 10-week full time summer Incubator consists of the following professional modules:
Module 1 – Financial Modeling and Valuation of Companies
You will build financial models from scratch
Perform historical company performance ratios analysis
Value the company using public comps, precedent transactions, discounted cash flow, and build a merger model
Learn how to think critically to uncover company value drivers
Module 2 – The Art and Science of Pitching
Introductory overview of the most essential skill to be a deal maker: the ability to pitch
Learn the difference between pitching and selling
Build your own pitch for the company that you valued in the Financial Modeling module
Get on stage during our program graduation (we don't have an exam...) and pitch your deal to a panel of investment banking professionals specially invited for this event (your first real taste of high stakes pitching)
Module 3- Internship (with KK Capital Partners or one of our partner firms)
Every candidate that pitches during the Pitch Day event afterwards begins a 4 week internship at one of our partner firms
The internships are unpaid but eligible for academic or course credit if approved by your educational institution
Module 4 – the Career Implementation Track (which continues until you succeed in getting a job)
Complete resume review and makeover
Insider tips on applying to IB jobs
Individual Bespoke Career Implementation Track for you (which we hold you accountable for executing)
Ongoing counseling and mentorship

HOW TO APPLY
In order to apply please send the required documentation, see below (no exceptions). Interview is required and decisions are made on a rolling basis. The program starts first week of June 2024.
Please bear in mind that the training portion of our program has a training enrolment fee. For students that cannot afford to pay the training fee, 15X offers a "success-based" deferred fee payment.

We work with every student individually who has a financial aid need.
