- Serving as an experienced analyst who provides senior leadership with program evaluation results that are utilized in the resource management process for greater program effectiveness.
- Facilitating the programming, reprogramming, and efficient and effective use of funding, or other resources, which is appropriate to support major, substantive requirements.
- Preparing and securing program review authorities' approval for program plans, schedules, and resource requirements to adequately support the desired level of operations for assigned programs and to meet all established technical and management objectives that are mandated.

The ideal candidate for this position will experience with grant management, awarding and administering grants, or other related instruments as well as experience with understanding grants related laws, policies and procedures and applying them to a grant portfolio.
