    BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Executive Administrative Assistant II for a remote opportunity in the United States

    Position Title: Executive Administrative Assistant II

    Location: Remote / Redmond, WA - Preferred.
    Anticipated Start Date: 05/13/2024.

    Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.

    Expected Duration: 6 Months.

    Job Type: Contract / Remote
    Pay Range: $ $40.00

    Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
    Requirements:

    Summary:

    The main function of an Executive Administrative Assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions. A typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
    • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
    • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
    • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
    • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.
    Skills:
    • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
    • Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
    • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    Education/Experience:
    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • 2-4 years' experience required.
    Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

  • Minimum 2-4years' experience with Excel; they need to be able to work in excel spreadsheets, in a detailed fashion, right and entry ensuring that is correct, that they are taking the information from the TBME report, expense report over to an excel work is important.
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience with Travel tool even if is not the same one that Microsoft uses.
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience with Outlook.
