Are you open to working all shifts, looking for a low stress job, and a position where you will have time to yourself? PeopleShare is IMMEDIATELY Hiring Support Representatives to work in an office environment for the City of Norfolk
Support Representative Job Details:

Schedule: Rotating schedule five days a week. You will either be working 8am-4:30pm, 4pm-12:30am or 12am-8:30am, your shift will change weekly. Having Flexible 24/7 availability is a MUST
Pay Rate: $15.50 an hour
Part Time Position - Averaging 20 hours a week with potential to go full time, 40 hours a week
Health Insurance after 30 days of employment.

Support Representative Job Description:

Answer all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, using proper telephone etiquette in regard to dispatch and customer service.
Communicate with garages to arrange for storage of vehicles after they have been towed.
Resolve customer complaints in a prompt and satisfactory manner.
Maintains contact with customers.
Record all pertinent information from each call into company software.
Generate daily reports detailing dispatched services.
Review previous day's reports for accuracy and completeness.
Forward completed reports to appropriate management personnel.
Must be able to complete light office work such as filing, copying, sending emails, and etc.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Support Representative Job Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle busy phone lines.
Courteous and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong computer skills and familiarity with GPS systems
Flexible schedule and availability for overtime and on-call shifts
Strong attention to detail.
Microsoft Office experience.
