Desktop Support Technician

Duration:
Newport News, VA

  • General troubleshooting
  • General hardware troubleshooting
  • Setting up PCs, password resets, setting up credit card readers.
  • Basic PC troubleshooting: network connectivity, printer is not printing, monitor is not working.
  • People from general call centers work, people from restaurants but now looking for more technical.
  • Any kind of troubleshooting experience with ticketing systems.
  • Ability to have the good personality and customer relationship.
  • Excellent customer service skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
