Director of Operations at Eurest

Job Summary:

We are looking for an engaged, highly focused, and diligent Director of Operations to join our team at Eurest. This role involves managing the corporate dining food service operation, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing profits.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinates the tasks of Assistant Directors and Operations Managers
Plans, organizes, directs, and coordinates departmental functions
Establishes work standards, policies, and procedures
Directs safety, sanitation, and community programs
Maintains relationships with employees, guests, and clients
Performs other assigned duties

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of relevant food services director experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Demonstrated success in mentoring teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
