- Provide leadership and direction to clinical staff across multiple sites.
- Recruit, train, and mentor clinical personnel to ensure competence and performance excellence.
- Direct, supervise and evaluate work activities of clinical personnel, establish work schedules and assignments for clinical staff, according to workload and space.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure consistent and standardized clinical practices across all sites.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices in healthcare delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., operations, finance) to optimize resource allocation and support overall organizational objectives
- Oversee the quality assurance and patient safety initiatives
- Lead efforts to maintain and improve clinical quality, patient safety, and satisfaction across all sites.
- Assist with strategic planning and development for the Clinical Services department.
- Current licensure or certification as required for clinical practice (e.g., RN, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD). Or LPN with one year to complete RN
- 5-7 years of clinical experience, with progressive leadership responsibilities in a healthcare setting over multiple sites
- Strong managerial and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Must have AAAHC accreditation experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.
- Experience in quality improvement, patient safety, and risk management.
- Proficiency in computer applications and healthcare information systems.
- Ability to travel between multiple sites overnight as needed.

Job DescriptionWeCare tlc, has the opportunity for a Director of Clinical Services and Operations to join our team. Our innovative, growing, multi-state company, is looking for highly qualified individuals. We have a strong culture rooted in integrity, and excellence. The Clinical Director oversees and coordinates clinical operations across multiple sites within the organization. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to manage and support teams of healthcare professionals and operations. The Clinical Director works closely with staff, management, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, adherence to regulatory standards, and the achievement of organizational goals. Requires +/- 30% travel.
