- Manage discovery processes, including written discovery, depositions, and document analysis.
- Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings and complex motions.
- Conduct thorough legal research.
- Make necessary court appearances.
- Participate actively in case strategy discussions, offering innovative ideas.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
- Collaborate closely with other attorneys on cases.
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law.
- 10+ years of litigation experience, focusing on environmental/toxic torts.
- Proficiency in Adobe, Excel, and Microsoft Office and am familiar with E-Discovery and law programs such as Sharefile, PACER, CaseAnywhere, Lexis, Smart Advocate, Everlaw, FileVine, and OneLegal.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong team player.
- Reliable with the ability to manage multiple time-critical projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
