    This position will sit in our San Diego location.
    For California, the expected salary range for this position is between $210,000- $230,000 . The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.


    The ideal candidate must be:
    Experienced at conducting audits of employer practices, including wage and hour policies and procedures;
    Skilled at drafting and revising incentive compensation documents, including commission and bonus plans;
    Adept at drafting and revising policies, handbooks and other employee communication documents so that employees can easily understand what is expected of them;
    Personable and able to explain complex employment law issues in a way that can be understandable to a range of audiences;
    Creative and able to identify various problem-solving options, including the pros and cons of each option, so that clients can choose the practical and legal solution that works best for them; and
    Comfortable with understanding that clients may not always make the same decisions that you would.
