- Develop intelligent products that improve safety, uptime, and productivity for assets in the Fire and cement mixer industries.
- Manage and prioritize Development team's backlog. Guide the sequencing of user stories over time toward the best economic outcomes.
- Defines requirements and prioritize both user stories and bugs, including detailed acceptance criteria. Reviews bugs reported by Product specialist and prioritize them. Supports Product Manager in gathering Feature requirements.
- Apply customer centric mindset to guide team towards delivering solutions that are desirable, viable, feasible, and sustainable.
- Accountable for product quality – validate that user story meets acceptance criteria.
- Provide technical guidance into critical design options.
- Gather customer and stakeholder feedback and apply them towards product updates.
- Maintain product documentation and regression test cases.
- Value Delivery – Incorporate SAFe/Agile principles for value delivery in short increments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3 or more years of Experience in Product Owner role for IoT or Software products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and communication skills.
- Experience with automotive or heavy-duty vehicle industry or IoT products.
- Experience working in SAFe, Scrum or Agile environment.
- Ability to thrive in a startup like culture, excels in ambiguous situations, and embraces technical challenges.
