    We are a rapidly growing Digital Marketing Company specializing in partnering with Realtors nationwide to help them optimize their schedules with motivated Buyers & Sellers. Our innovative solutions are unmatched in the industry, making them essential for every Realtor.

    Due to our rapid expansion, we are seeking skilled Customer Service Experts to join our Client Management Force and ensure top-notch service delivery to our clients.

    Career Responsibilities Include:

    • Completing Daily Client Checklist for Company Clients
    • Onboarding New Clients
    • Collaborating with Media Buying Team for Proper Client Onboarding
    • Coordinating with Delivery Team for Accurate Client Account Setup
    • Managing Client CRM & Accounts
    • Being the First Line of Defense for Unhappy Clients
    • Regularly Communicating with Clients to Ensure Smooth Service
    • Scheduling Client Calls for In-Depth Discussions
    • Handling Client Requests & Management
    • Providing Client Coaching for Optimal Results
    • Demonstrating Leadership and Problem-Solving Skills

    We provide detailed Standard Operating Procedures and comprehensive training to help you hit the ground running. Our compensation package includes a competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.

    Note: As the initial point of contact for ALL our clients, proficiency is key.

    Who should apply? Qualified candidates should have:

    • Minimum 2 years of Client Retention & Management Experience
    • Excellent Business Communication Skills

    • Experience in Phone Sales, particularly in Appointment Setting/Lead Generation
    • Coaching or Sales Management background is a plus
    • Proven Leadership Skills are MANDATORY

    Starting Salary: $48,000.00 - with Potential to Earn $120,000.00+ annually based on performance
