- Prior experience in an office or tax preparation accounting environment is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Associate's degree in accounting or related field is a plus

PLEASE NOTE: This firm has operated out of a single-family home in a quiet neighborhood for the last 40+ years. Each workstation is networked, and the home is laid out for an efficient working environment.
