Join our research department
immediately in
full-time (40 hours/week) as a
Research Department Employee (m/f/d) at one of our locations
or in
home office.


Your tasks:


  • Support and assist professors in planning, organizing, and administrating scientific conferences and events (online/inperson)
  • Administrative support for thirdparty funded projects, including reporting, financial and personnel controlling
  • Preparation of funding requests and usage reports
  • Administration of funding instruments within the research budget
  • Communication with internal project managers and external project sponsors and funders

Your profile:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent completed education in administration or relevant work experience
  • Experience in managing and administering research projects, ideally in the field of EU funding
  • Organizational skills ideally experience in planning scientific conferences
  • Good knowledge of English and enjoyment of working with numbers
  • Good communication skills, commitment, resilience, and the ability to work independently, carefully, and responsibly
