- Research municipalities for permits and inspections
- Provide Purchase Orders for PM as needed
- Set up job files in Procore
- Renew municipality licenses
- Assist in daily logs management
- Input contracts and change orders into Sage
- Ensure timely permit submissions
- Support Superintendents for project milestones
- Collaborate with vendors for project needs
- Document project progress
- Generate and review reports
- Address project issues with Field personnel
- Effective communication within the team
- Independent and team-oriented work style
- Minimum 2 years of construction coordination experience
- Knowledge of commercial construction permitting
- Proficiency in project management software like Procore, PlanGrid, and Smartsheet
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple projects
- Experience with Sage 100 Contractor and Paperless is a plus
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Office, and Outlook
