    Tarvos Talent is seeking a dynamic and experienced Payroll Lead to join a rapidly growing. This is a unique opportunity to join a company that is not only challenging traditional methods but also expanding at an impressive rate. The role is open due to the company's significant growth and the expansion of its revenue stream.

    As a Payroll Lead, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative culture that places a strong emphasis on training and development. The company is on a fast-paced growth trajectory, having doubled in size in the last two years and planning to do the same this year. This role offers the chance to work in a high-tech environment that is pushing to automate the industry.

    In this role, you will be responsible for client services payroll, with a focus on multi-state experience. Experience with UKG is highly preferred, as well as experience in small to mid-size business consulting. The ideal candidate will be adaptable to change, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Developing internal processes for UKG Workforce Ready
    • Modifying UKG build templates for specific use cases to current business processes
    • Building a New Client Demonstration process
    • Collaborating with the Business Development team and Company Leadership

    The ideal candidate will have at least three years of progressively responsible and related work experience with UKG modules, a strong background in HR/Payroll data, and experience with Work Rules, Pay Rules, Pay Codes, Scheduling, Display and Accrual Profiles, Accrual Policies, and Employee Groups.

    This is a remote position, but candidates should be willing to work in the Central Standard Time zone.
