    Compensation: $125-130K with total comp at $150K

    This position is located onsite, in the Greater Houston energy corridor. Candidate must reside in the Houston area.

    Our client is looking for an experienced HR Manager to help support the growth plans of their healthcare platform.

    Company Overview:

    Leading provider of emergent care and one of the largest privately held operators of freestanding emergency centers in the country. The company was built on the principle of physician & patient empowerment and provides the highest quality, affordable patient care.

    Position Overview:

    Seeking an HR Manager with at least 7 years of relevant human resources experience. This role will oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including personnel, employee relations, and benefits. Duties encompass creating job postings, screening applicants, and managing employee records. Preferred qualifications include a background in healthcare business or a related role in the medical field. The position involves supervising HR staff, developing individual plans for them, and managing external payroll and benefits vendors. The HR Manager will interact with executive leadership, providing advice on personnel matters. Additionally, they will oversee the entire employee life cycle, including onboarding, growth, and separation.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Collects and analyzes current market rate trends for compensation and benefits and develops incentive pay programs to attract and retain top talent
    • Manages the talent acquisition process including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified job applicants for both executive and entry level roles; Partners with leadership team to understand and execute HR strategies in recruiting talent, retention, and succession planning
    • Collaborates with senior leadership and department heads to understand skills and competencies required for job openings
    • Provides support and guidance to HR team, management, and company employees on complex and specialized issues
    • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
    • Up to date on HR technology trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and employment law

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree with a Human Resources focus
    • At least 7-10 years of experience in an HR role
    • Experience in Healthcare Services or experience in related medical field
    • Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs
    • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
    • Knowledge of using a mid-market HRIS system
    • Experience leading HR team in scaling and scaled global talent acquisition teams
    • Demonstrated ability to establish relationships as a trusted partner to senior executives
    • An individual with a proactive approach, capable of turning vision into tangible results, and possessing a mindset focused on growth.
    • Previous experience working in high growth and fast-paced environments
