We manufacture commercial lighting solutions, advanced graphic and image solutions, digital and retail display solutions.

    We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our team at our corporate location in Cincinnati, Ohio.

    Essential Duties:

    • Managing the flow of work from project take-off, quote, submittal, order entry and post-sales support. Implement continuous improvement to add value and eliminate waste in all processes
    • Coordinating with LSI Lighting sales channel to assure proper controls support is being provided for LSI Lighting control sales goals to be are met or exceeded.
    • Coordinating program/account development.
    • Documenting process and procedures for the Customer Contact to Order Invoice workflow. Inclusive of Quotation Order Entry, Order Management, and Program Close-out processes.
    • Assisting in determining product offering, pricing, commission and forecasting requirements with Product Managers.
    • Working in tandem with Regional Sales Managers to prepare and update project/program/account spreadsheets and databases.
    • Working with Controls Engineers to assist with reviewing site surveys, conducting drawing take-offs and converting to quotes in order to meet customer's scope of work.
    • Assisting in forecast reporting with Sales, Marketing and Operations to assure proper inventory levels.
    • Providing support for RSMs, Reps and Customer Service.
    • Assuring that Warranty/Terms and Conditions are met as it relates to each client.
    • Identifying areas of improvement in the company and processes and assist in creating and implementing solutions.
    • Coordinating customer training.
    • Providing inside sales support.

    Education and/or Experience:

    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
