    Description

    CBTS is currently seeking a Project Coordinator for a position located in Cincinnati, OH.

    The Project Coordinator will manage multiple projects, provide documentation and stake holder management. Raising escalations and tracking day-to-day items with stakeholders related to certain projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Record minutes at meetings, keep detailed project notes and records as well as creating project schedules and task lists.
    • Monitor project progress, budget, hours and highlight any potential risks.
    • Communicate with team members to ensure optimal strategy and maximum efficiency, work with and manage supplier relationships in the delivery of projects and services.
    • Documentation, Process
    • Change management/requests
    • Discovery on technical issues
    • Monitoring stats
    • Daily calls
    • Analyze where the network team is on ticket count, volume, fluctuations on tickets

    Qualifications:

    • Skilled at coordinating multiple concurrent projects
    • Smartsheet experience
    • Project administration experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • A good technical understanding
    • Administrative skills with attention to details
