- Coordinate and interface with other engineering disciplines.
- Utilize project management software to integrate detailed estimates with project scheduling and financial planning.
- Develop and maintain project estimates, schedules, and the application of Earned Value Management Systems.
- Assess risk and implement project management controls to ensure compliance and success.
- Develop professional relationships with client counterparts.
- Assist in marketing the unit's field engineer expertise/abilities to clients.
- Utilize the review/approval process of deliverables as technical training opportunity for staff.
- Understand and follow all organizational, area/departmental, and client procedures, safety policies, and directives.
- Meet applied time goals set for position/discipline.
- Minimum 10+ years' of relevant field engineer experience in the nuclear industry
- Minimum education requirement is an associates degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working in a Nuclear Power Plant environment and familiarity with Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) governing codes
- Understand roles played by other disciplines on the project and is able to coordinate and interface with other engineering disciplines
- Experience with P6 Project Management Scheduling Software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
