- plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects to include activities such as scheduling vendors, resource allocation, material procurement, budgeting and document administration;
- write estimates for jobs;
- manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Coordinate and communicate project status to the Construction Administrator, Construction Manager and Chief Construction Officer as well as in weekly team meetings;
- Maintain the project costs, schedule, profitability, safety and quality while ensuring client satisfaction within project requirements;
- Ensure that projects are completed in a manner consistent with the project guidelines and applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations;
- Serve as client's point of contact for assigned projects.
- Complete estimates to determine the scope of work;
- Execute Work Authorizations and Contracts;
- Identify and organize manpower requirements to execute projects per established scope of work;
- Manage, track and report project costs to ensure overall project profitability;
- Work in conjunction with Construction Manager/Chief Construction Officer to administer and address all changes from the projects original scope of work through signed change orders and/or supplements;
- Review invoices against budgets for payments;
- Develop schedules for all projects in order to identify and meet project milestones and deadlines;
- Maintain company specific calendar in order to ensure proper scheduling;
- Prepare and submit all receipts and maintain company credit cards in accordance with credit card policy;
- Maintain Gross Profit goals on all projects;
- Accountable for ensuring that all OSHA, and field processes and procedures are followed;
- Must be proficient in Xactimate construction estimating;
- Experience in Construction Management;
- Experience in Project Management;
- Working knowledge of TPA insurance work;
- Experience in the construction field;
- Must have and maintain a clean driving record
- Some evenings and/or weekends as assigned
