    Elite Sourcing LLC is partnering with a highly reputable construction company in the industry, who is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager - Commercial to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic professional looking to take on a leadership role in the construction industry.

    Responsibilities
    • Manage and coordinate all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
    • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget allocation.
    • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to predetermined timelines and budget.
    • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to establish project goals and specifications.
    • Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and manpower necessary for project execution.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status, including any issues or delays.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
    • Manage and lead project teams, providing guidance and support to team members.
    • Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the course of the project.
    • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
    • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry.
    • Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
    • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead project teams.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and clients.
    • Proficient in project management software and tools.
    • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
