Job Summary:

The project manager is responsible for being organized, motivated, detail-oriented, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment. They will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong analytical abilities. The ability to interact with a diverse client base and other industry professionals is essential.


Duties/Responsibilities:

Providing accurate pre-engineered metal building package project scope and necessary details to ASI's engineering and drafting personnel.

Reviewing detailed information to include associated contract documents and sketches for project execution, including change orders.

Providing information such that a project may be executed through engineering and drafting without any question.

Any other duties assigned.


Required Skills/Abilities:

BS in Construction Management, Applied, Science, Accounting, or related field. Work experience equal to education time will be considered.

Metal Building Industry knowledge

1+ years of construction or manufacturing industry project management or educational equal


Education and Experience:

Comprehension of architectural plans and specifications

Strong accounting capabilities

Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines

Proficient use of Microsoft Office

Metal building project management experience preferred

Blue beam/REVU


Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, squat, kneel, sit, and/or stand for extended periods of time
