    As a

    Project Manager

    in the


    Victorian Development team , you will develop greenfield utility-scale solar, wind and storage projects from the site identification phase to the point of hand-over to our construction team.

    You may also be required to assist in identifying, analysing and acquiring brownfield projects.

    The role will comprise the following objectives:

    Support Neoen's development in Victoria:
    Analyse renewable energy market trends in Victoria
    Use project management and contract management skills to manage tasks, deadlines and priorities
    Assess, and participate in public and private tenders for the procurement of electricity and generation certificates
    Network with renewable energy market participants to identify and foster project partnerships
    Create reports outlining partnership opportunities for Neoen's senior management and recommendations for forward co-operation
    Other duties as may be required

    Manage Neoen's renewable energy projects:
    Co-ordinate all efforts required in order to proceed to financial close and commence construction on greenfield and acquired wind, solar and battery projects
    Negotiate agreements, option deeds and lease agreements with landowners, including updating template contracts (in collaboration with Neoen's solicitor) and initiate discussions and contract reviews with both parties' solicitors
    Negotiate easement option deeds with Councils and other stakeholders for Neoen's underground and overhead power lines and connection works
    Negotiate connection agreements and service agreements with Network Service Providers (in collaboration with Neoen's connections team).
    Work closely with Neoen's connection consultants, review their reports and oversee their technical discussions with the Network Service Providers
    Liaise with experts and consultants to produce studies on aboriginal land matters, solar and wind farm engineering, contour mapping, geotechnical and other site related matters
    Work with Neoen's environmental consultants to produce workable projects in accordance with Australian and State environmental policies and laws
    Co-ordinate and share development plans and development applications with Councils and State bodies
    Co-ordinate the achievement of Development Approval and all other permits required for construction of for Neoen Australia's projects
    Co-ordinate and oversee installation of meteorological stations and wind masts on Neoen's solar and wind sites
    Hand over control of projects to Neoen's construction and operations team upon achievement of financial close
    Other duties as may be required
