    Job Description:
    LRS Consulting Services is currently seeking an IT Project Manager for a 6-month contract position in Central, IL or Kentucky. Local candidates are preferred for this role.


    The Project Managers will:
    • Direct large-scale, complex projects involving internal and external partners
    • Develop project plans and related artifacts
    • Work closely with business sponsors to define success metrics
    • Manage project finances and resources
    • Identify and resolve project risks
    • Ensure project compliance with company standards
    • Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure project alignment
    • Track project progress and report on delivery plans
    • Support PMO and mentor others


    Requirements:
    • 8+ years of project management experience
    • 3+ years experience in global transformation programs
    • Expertise in project management methodologies
    • Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies
    • Strong organizational change management skills
    • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship

    Desired Experience:
    • Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations
