    Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with a famous healthcare provider to identify a Payroll Specialist to join their team. The position is hybrid, with 2 days per week on site in Brookline, MA and 3 days work-from-home.

    Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist:

    • Helping to process payroll for 6,000+ employees
    • Working with the Senior Payroll Tax Analyst to onboard employees, especially those outside of Massachusetts
    • Resolving issues such as overpayment or data queries
    • Creating reporting based on payroll data
    • Coordinating with team as necessary

    Preferred Experience for the Payroll Specialist:

    • 3+ years' experience in multi-state payroll
    • Intermediate Excel skills
    • Bachelor's degree or experience equivalent
