    The Payroll Specialist role involves accurate preparation of payroll, maintenance of records and systems, and ensuring compliance with payroll-related regulations. Some of the key responsibilities include:

    • Processing and recording payroll data timely and accurately
    • Coordinating with HR and Payroll Service Line for payroll data integrity
    • Handling special payrolls such as annual bonuses
    • Ensuring compliance with state and federal payroll filings
    • Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries related to payroll processing
    • Identifying areas for process improvement and ensuring efficiency

    Educational Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in payroll
    • Associate Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
    • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification preferred
    • Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platform
    • Experience with integrated ERP software
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
