    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic B2B Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Reporting directly to our Marketing Director, you will be pivotal in developing and executing customer acquisition, lead nurturing, onboarding, and user engagement strategies. As the key driver behind our customer acquisition and growth strategies, you will be instrumental in scaling our user base and expanding our market reach. This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape the growth trajectory of a rapidly evolving fintech startup. We are seeking a seasoned professional who can provide thought leadership, foster cross-functional collaboration, and be an individual contributor as needed.     Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
    • Build an end-to-end demand generation strategy for Finfare products targeting our audiences.
    • Develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns and content using creative tactics.
    • Create narrative and sales collateral to support sales and account-based activities.
    • Run end-to-end digital campaigns, then monitor their progression and conversion.
    • Collaborate with the product marketing team and digital team to deliver advertising and collaterals.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to measure campaign effectiveness, track KPIs, and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact.
    • Provide regular, detailed reports on marketing performance and ROI.
    • Conduct data-driven analyses to identify trends, optimize conversion funnels, and maximize ROI on marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, etc.) to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
    • Create, execute, and monitor marketing campaign budgets.
    • Utilize innovative tactics and technologies to stay ahead in the competitive fintech landscape.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools, implementing best practices to drive continuous improvement.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications and Requirements
    • 5+ years of experience in B2B Fintech/Saas technology marketing with a foundation of modern demand generation skills.
    • Ability to build an end-to-end strategy and execution plan.
    • Excellent organization, including using CRM and marketing automation tools to optimize engagement metrics and conversion processes.
    • Demonstrated success in building and managing targeted demand generation programs.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proactive, results-driven personality with the initiative to take on projects independently.
    • Ability to synthesize complex information and data into approachable messaging
    • Proven track record of successfully leading digital marketing and growth initiatives in a fintech or tech startup environment and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
    • Deep understanding of digital acquisition strategies, performance analytics, and A/B testing methodologies
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
    • Organized and detail-oriented
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

    Compensation

    The salary range for this position is $110k-$160k (depending on experience).
