Denver, Colorado (Position may require occasional travel)
Scheduling :
This role reports in person, 5 days a week to our Denver office
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, with occasional calls with our international team outside of working hours
Job Overview:
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a proven track record of success in scaling customer acquisition and revenue through various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with the overall business objectives. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Customer Acquisition:
Lead efforts to acquire new customers through various digital channels, including but not limited to, SEM, SEO, social media advertising, content marketing, and email marketing.
Retention and Engagement:
Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value. Implement targeted campaigns to nurture existing customer relationships and drive repeat business.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize data analytics tools to measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the product, merchandising, and marketing teams to align marketing strategies with product launches, promotions, and overall business initiatives.
Foster a collaborative environment to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.Experimentation and Optimization:
Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize marketing campaigns for maximum impact. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to implement cutting-edge growth strategies.
Budget Management:
Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to high-impact channels and campaigns. Ensure cost-effective spending while maximizing return on investment (ROI).
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices.
In-depth knowledge of marketing automation programs, CRM platforms, and digital media management platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach.
Persuasive story-telling abilities that successfully convey our mission, vision, and purpose.
Preferred education and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in growth marketing, with a track record of successfully scaling customer acquisition and revenue.
Experience in ecommerce, retail, and/or media is a preferred
