- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including ABM, SEM, email and other digital platforms to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Support key initiatives such as a new website launch, ABM campaign strategy rollout, and the development of database segmentation and email nurturing campaigns.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, paid media, and social media.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to understand our marketing funnel and identify areas of opportunity to expand reach, increase engagement and convert prospects.
- Stay on top of the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to identify new growth opportunities and innovations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, customer success, design, and product, to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing efforts.
- Build brand awareness and drive demand generation leveraging ABM campaigns through 6Sense.
- Support field marketing events as needed.
- Manage website performance; including SEO optimizations, conversion optimization, MQL flows, site behavior analysis, and reporting.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to maximize the impact of digital marketing initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements, automation, and scalability measures within the digital marketing function.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to digital marketing activities.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO/SEM and paid channels.
- Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
- Experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (6Sense, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc) and optimizing for maximum ROI.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using digital marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment and drive decisions with little direction.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Expertise in: HubSpot, Webflow, 6sense, Revtron, Consensus, and eventually Accelo.
- For this role, we ask that you live in the Denver area with an option to work from home 2 days a week. Our team follows a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Digital Marketing Manager
Accelo is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and fuel revenue growth. The ideal candidate has experience in a variety of digital platforms driving online demand generation, including ABM and lead engagement campaigns focused on driving inbound activities that convert into engaged opportunities. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 based on experience, with eligibility for a quarterly performance bonus structure following the onboarding period.
