    Job Description Summary: Design and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales of company products in the employee benefits sector. Educate and inform employers and employees about supplemental health, life, and disability insurance offerings. Foster relationships with financial professionals through effective product marketing and brand promotion.

    Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Marketing Director to develop strategic campaign plans, set customer objectives, and establish key performance indicators.

    • Assist in creating, implementing, and managing multiple complex campaigns simultaneously.

    • Analyze target markets, create engaging programs, and measure campaign effectiveness using various methods.

    • Ensure compliance with campaign strategies and processes, troubleshoot issues, and introduce new workflows when necessary.

    • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

    • Act as the primary point of contact for campaign-related matters.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent field.

    • Minimum eight years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or project management.

    • Three years of marketing experience in financial services or related industry.

    • Proficiency in traditional and digital marketing platforms.

    • Experience with project management and execution of digital campaigns.

    • Strong analytical skills and ability to make strategic decisions.

    • Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational abilities.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in marketing employee benefits products.

    • Knowledge of employee benefits products and intermediary relationships.

    • Ability to create strategic marketing plans and collaborate effectively in a team.

    Working Conditions:

    • Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on location.

    Compensation: The salary for this position typically falls within the range of $97,000 annually, subject to qualifications and operational requirements. The role may also be eligible for a 15% Annual Bonus as per the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance.
