    About Scientia Vascular:
    Scientia Vascular is a dynamic company dedicated to developing and commercializing innovative technologies for vascular access procedures, including stroke and peripheral embolization treatments.

    What you will do:


    As a Senior Product Manager at Scientia, you will play a crucial role in managing the product portfolio in collaboration with the Director of Global Marketing. You will work closely with physicians and engineering teams to create cutting-edge product solutions that align with the company's mission.

    Your responsibilities include supporting commercial operations through product testing, market analysis, promotional activities, and training materials. You will also engage with the sales team to gather feedback on new products, drive product development, and manage the profitability of your assigned product portfolio.

    This role requires someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will collaborate with sales and development teams to shape the future product direction based on customer feedback, market insights, and business strategies.


    Primary Responsibilities:
    - Manage assigned product line performance
    - Define product strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Director
    - Analyze the competitive landscape and integrate insights into marketing strategies
    - Engage with customers and key stakeholders to understand market trends
    - Create key strategy documents and product plans
    - Lead competitive product testing initiatives
    - Drive customer engagement and adoption
    - Establish metrics to measure success
    - Mentor product managers to achieve business goals
    - Build relationships with industry leaders and translate insights into business strategies
    - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders


    Required Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
    - 4+ years of progressive product management experience
    - 2+ years in the medical device market, preferably neurovascular products

    - Experience in upstream marketing and new product development

    - Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies

    - Proficiency in communication and relationship-building

    - Familiarity with FDA and Quality Management guidelines

    - Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint

    Starting annual salary range :
    $120,000 - $145,000
