To join our team as a Program Coordinator The Program support staff will ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. Program coordinator must be a reliable multitasker who is able to work within a team. They should have experience with Excel and Outlook and have strong phone and customer service skills. This position is primarily remote but may include occasional in-person team meetings and outreach events.

Conducting intake/outreach calls to gather customer information for the programs.
Access client systems to qualify customers.
Support scheduling, as needed, to maintain full schedules for Energy Advisors/Representatives.
Collaborating with Scheduling for a sustained pipeline of qualified leads, data entry, gathering and tracking data, and assuring data quality.
Exporting predesigned reports
Staff meetings and other program support (Remote and in-person)
Special projects

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have...

0-2 years' experience in Customer Service
0-2 years Excel and Outlook
Associate degree preferred.
