Position Summary :
The
Analyst Sales i s responsible for providing System support, Item Set-up, Maintenance & Management and researching and solving sourcing issues to support to the West BU Team.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Manage Sales Systems
BBU Route Authorization Contracts
Addition of New item setups - including verifications
Assist Master Files with set-up of items and tray counts
Removal of deleted items or conversion
Clean-up of Route Authorization Lists
Research Sourcing, Route Contracts, Menus, etc.
Pre & Post Holiday Maintenance work - Menus, Offsets, Closes, etc.
Communication to Sales, Manufacturing, and Distribution Teams for system changes and upcoming process changes
Supports Director of Sales for Sales Systems support and improvement.
Supports Manufacturing & Distribution Teams for Product Sourcing and Setups
Other duties as assigned.

Works independently under limited supervision.
Ability to achieve specific objectives/outcomes and set/meet key initiatives
Ability to effectively implement programs for area of responsibility
Ability to collaborate and align cross-functionally within team and with customer(s)
Education and Work History:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted for education.
Ideal candidate will possess:
1-3 Years required experience in CPG Industry, Customer Relations, Sales or Analytics. DSD experience. 3+ years is a plus.
Experiencing working directly with Cross Functional Groups
Must have strong Project Management acumen.
Demonstrated process driven mindset, excellent organizational and planning skills.
Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is required.
Proficient in System related tools, AS400 & Central Data Base preferred
Proficient in BBU systems such Margin Miner & Micro Strategies preferred.
Travel is minimal
