    You will be responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and transforming data into a variety of reporting formats to support the goals and key objectives of the Sales Organization.

    You will have a deep understanding of our corporate financial reports, breaking them down into usable metrics that help support and drive each sales teams performance.

    Support the Global sales teams with self-initiated analysis to highlight areas of management interestProvide ad-hoc analysis for Sales Operations, Sales and other functional areas as neededDesign and build reports, dashboards, and analysis using Power BI, Excel, and Salesforce to support the sales teamCollaborate cross-functionally with our Finance and Marketing teams to ensure all data aligns, creating one-version of truth for revenue, bookings, renewals, churn, discounting, velocity, and win rateEmploy analytical techniques to estimate and model the relationships between specific data points and key metricsWork closely with the business intelligence and support teams to define, automate, and validate the extraction of new metrics from various data sources for use in future analysis and reportsAnalyze, interpret, and transform data captured to identify key themes and trends for each of our market segments and productsDrive system improvements to enrich the quality of available data and reporting

    What You Will Need:
    A Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or STEM disciplines preferred5+ years of experience in data analyticsAdvanced level Excel skills (pivot tables, logic formulas, linking, etc.)

    Knowledge of statistics and experience with reporting packages and tools:

    MS Excel, Power BI, Salesforce and SQL database preferredExperience cleaning and manipulating large data sets to identify insightsAbility to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with accuracy and translate business requirements into clear and accessible reportingExceptional attention to detail and an inquisitive nature; having a desire to understand the business behind the numbers will contribute to your successOutstanding ability to visually present informationExcellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgroundsWe believe each member of our team deserves to see a path forward to achieving their career and financial goals.

    Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.

    The starting pay for this role is $80,000+ per annum.
    Pay progression is based on performance.
