    Job Title: Senior Data Engineer

    Work Location: Pasadena, CA

    Job Description:

  • Required experience level of 3 to 6 years.
  • Required skills: Python, Snowflake, MemSQL, Databricks, SAS
  • Primary: PySpark / Scala , Python, Any Datawarehouse (SQL DW, Oracle, Azure Synapse, Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery), Any NoSQL DB (MemSQL, MongoDB)
  • Good to have Databricks, Julia, SAS
  • Good to have skills - CI/CD (Jenkins, Maven), DevOps, AWS
  • Cloud migration / implementation knowledge
  • Full Stack Data engineer
  • Capital Markets domain knowledge.
  • Experience in Architecture & Designing enterprise systems.
  • Soft skills - Analytical & Time Management skills, good appetite for learning, flexible, agile, nuances of communication (both verbal and written)
  • Experience in working in globally distributed projects/Teams.
  • Capable to lead a Team at onsite.
  • Agile experience
  • Very good communication skills
  • Capability to handle client interactions and offshore interactions and tracking & coordination.
