    Mission Resort in Howey-In-The-Hills, is currently seeking an experienced professional for the position of Food and Beverage Director. Located in Florida's hill county, spread over 500 acres, Mission Resort comprises four restaurants, 16,000 square feet of meeting space, two golf courses, and a 250-room inn. The dining options at Mission Resort cater to a variety of tastes, ranging from casual to fine dining experiences.

    • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five (5) years of experience managing multiple outlets in a hotel or resort environment.
    • Proficiency in food cost management, menu pricing strategies, and inventory controls is essential for this role.
    • We are seeking an individual who can not only maintain our high standards but also enhance the overall guest satisfaction.
