    Food & Beverage Manager at WonderWorks

    WonderWorks is looking for a reliable team player with a high energy level and a dedication to providing excellent guest service.     Who we are: WonderWorks is an indoor amusement park focused on providing edu-tainment. The attraction features over 100 hands-on exhibits that challenge the mind and inspire creativity. Within WonderWorks, you'll find Orlando's longest-running dinner show, The Outta Control Magic Comedy Dinner Show, offering a unique and entertaining experience with non-stop laughter and interactive audience participation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Estimate food and beverage costs and manage supplies
    • Plan menus and related activities with other staff
    • Ensure quality standards and sanitation regulations in food preparation
    • Resolve food quality and service complaints
    • Train and supervise staff members
    • Monitor budget and financial transactions
    • Inspect kitchen and dining areas for cleanliness
    • Prepare and direct food and beverage creation
    • Monitor market trends for pricing adjustments as needed
    • Ensure compliance with health laws and regulations
    • Prepare budgets to maintain cost control
    • Complete monthly Profit & Loss statements
    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Food Service, or related field
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a food service leadership role
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
    • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds in a dynamic work environment
    • Must complete TIPS training
