    Essential Job Functions: 1. Communicates with potential and current participants in the COVID-UPP cohort study.


    • Enters communication with potential and current participants in an online database.
    • Tracks screening and enrollment data daily/weekly and develop analysis reports.
    • Develops scripts for corresponding with participants at different time points and across a number of scenarios including screening, consent, and ongoing surveys that will be administered in an online format.
    • Conducts ongoing quality assurance according to enrollment criteria and study protocols.
    • Conducts data entry of study data.
    • Performs Quantitative analysis of subject survey data.
    • Completes training CITI, cohort surveys protocols and online survey tools (REDCap)
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Knowledge:

    • English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
    • Medicine and Dentistry - Knowledge of the information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat human injuries, diseases, and deformities. This includes symptoms, treatment alternatives, drug properties and interactions, and preventative health-care measures.
    • Mathematics - Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Near Vision - Must be able to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).

    • Speech Recognition - Must be able to identify and understand the speech of another person.
    • May be exposed to short, intermittent, and/or prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing in performance of job duties.
    • May be required to accomplish job duties using various types of equipment/supplies, to include but not limited to pens, pencils, and computer keyboards.

    High School Diploma Major (if required):

    Required Experience:
    High school diploma and two (2) to four (4) years experience in a research setting.

    * -ORAssociates degree and zero (0) to two (2) years experience in a research setting
