- Create and maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Provide expertise to support the development and maintenance of schedules for complex acquisition programs.
- Conduct Schedule Risk Assessments and Critical Path analysis.
- Develop executive level schedule metrics and management reports.
- Develop and conduct training of scheduling standards/best practices and processes/procedures.
- Evaluate schedules provided by contractors, other agencies, and internal entities.
- Attend program/project meetings to discuss and review schedules.
- Possess expertise to support Earned Value Management.
- Provide information and reporting, including trend analysis, EVM analysis, resource forecasts, resource modeling, and project performance.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, or information management
- 3-10+ years of experience in scheduling.
- Proficiency and expertise in Microsoft Project.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively solve complex problems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- A true team player who maintains a positive attitude in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- Ability to pass a government background investigation, including financial, criminal, residential, educational, foreign affiliation, prohibited substance abuse, and employment verifications; active U.S. Customs and Border Protection background investigation preferred. Please note that only U.S. citizens are eligible for a suitability determination.
