Job Description:

As an MS Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining project schedules using Microsoft Project, a powerful project management tool.

Working closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders, you will ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules in Microsoft Project, including tasks, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocations.
  • Collaborating with project managers to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Monitoring project progress and performance, identifying potential risks or delays, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Generating reports and dashboards in Microsoft Project to provide insights into project status, resource utilization, and critical path analysis.
  • Assisting in resource management by allocating tasks, managing workload distribution, and optimizing resource utilization within Microsoft Project.
  • Providing training and support to team members on Microsoft Project functionalities and best practices.
  • Ensuring adherence to project management standards, methodologies, and procedures.
  • Continuously improving project scheduling processes and workflows in Microsoft Project to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project scheduling, planning, and coordination, with expertise in Microsoft Project.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Microsoft Project certification is desirable but not required
